2. This course is provided by Your Handpicked Life (“we”, “us”, “our”).

- Access is granted after successful payment.
- Access is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
We reserve the right to remove access if these terms are breached.
3. Lifetime Access
Where “lifetime access” is stated, this means:
- Access for the lifetime of the course, while Your Handpicked Life continues to offer and support it
- Access for as long as the course exists in its current or updated form
Lifetime access does not guarantee access indefinitely if:
- the course is retired,
- replaced,
- or no longer supported.
In such cases, reasonable notice will be given where possible.
4. Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
You may choose between:
- One-off payment: USD $297
- Payment plan: 2 monthly payments of USD $160
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

If you choose a payment plan:
- Payments are charged automatically each month
- You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method
- If a payment fails, access may be temporarily paused
- Continued non-payment may result in permanent removal of access
Payment plans are a commitment, not a subscription.
The full amount must be paid to retain lifetime access.
6. Refund Policy
Your First Steps is a digital course with immediate access.
We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- You must have completed:
- Your Business Blueprint
- Family Finances Formula
- Proof of completion may be requested
This policy is designed to ensure the course has been genuinely engaged with, while keeping things fair for both parties.
Outside of this guarantee, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
